Ray’s work is internationally recognized and he has conducted hundreds of custom-designed workshops for clients that include Fortune 100 companies, the U.S. Army and Air Force, government agencies such as the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of Health and Human Services, the District of Columbia, and major universities.
He is author of three books, and his many media appearances include a feature story on CNBC, USA Today, the Washington Post, the Boston Herald, Leadership, and Men’s Health. Ray is associated with several world-class organizational and leadership development consulting firms, has an adjunct faculty position at the Federal Executive Institute, and in addition to his current training and coaching work, his business experience includes corporate and investment finance, fundraising and development, and sales.
